incredimail to windows mail message transfer

how do I import incredimail message and contacts folders to windows mail

I have just had to do this myself. I copied all the emails I wanted from
Incredimail onto my memory stick. Then I opened them all up via Windows
Explorer. With each email I then typed ALT, F, M which basically moved each
email into where I wanted them into Windows Mail. It took about 5-10 mins
to do 100 or so emails.... That was my slow and messy way to do it, but it
got the job done so I could start functioning a lot better with the new
program!
