Incredimail Problem

I hope someone can help me. I have been trying to fix this since last week.
First off I had ESET on my computer and could not remove it. I finally went to their web site and used their uninstaller. In the mean time I also downloaded Firefox browser. That is when I started having problems with Incredimail.
Every time open Incredimail I get a pop up asking me if I want to : Download -Save or Open. This happens when I try to send an email too. I know how you all feel about Incredimail but I really like it. Any ideas or help please. Thank you in advance.
