Image are brown?

When I open my images with Windows Photo Gallery the picture seems to have a
brown tint. When I open it with PictureViewer it's normal.
Why is that program making the pictures have a brown tint?

does this only happen in the slideshow? if so check if the theme is set to sepia if so change to something else and see what happens

I doesn't do it in the slideshow. It just does it normally.

Check the color profile in your display properties and make sure that it is set to your monitor,

Control Panel > Personalization > Display Settings > Advanced > Color Management tab

make sure the ICC Profile is the same as your monitor.
