I'm not having any problems with Vista

I must say I'm dissapointed with Vista as I have no problems and therefore not have much to say on these forums.

This is not fair....

Hi Clevo,

Don't worry. I'm sure you'll come across a bad driver update or a installed incompatible program sooner or later. ;) LOL

Until then, I'm sorry. ;)

Have fun,
Shawn

I have no doubt I will eventually but I'm going to be ver very careful.

Only got the system last weekend and unlikely to install any of my old software.

Will purchase MS Office 2007 nextweek which will pitch me into the deep end of some problems no doubt.

But I do tell a little lie as I have a couple of little problems.

I have a macrovision Installer update that comes up when I boot up but I know what's generating that now (Corel/Ulead Video Studio).

Today I learnt how to properly give permission to the printer on these forums and when I get home I fix that up.

I think the reason my many people have problems is because they fiddle around too much with settings and installing old programs. Which is understandable but I want to try avoid doing that.

:)

I find most peoples problems can be tracked down to someware between the keyboard and the chair :sarc:

I find that quite a few problems that come up on here are from punters not looking in the programs Help files, LOL.

Heh - "The problem is obviously the loose nut on the input device."

And Clevo: I have to second original post. 6 months on Vista 64. Not a single crash, ever. All my games and apps installed and run normally. Well... except for the shareware because of V64's pathological hatred of expired/unsigned digital certificates.
