Same here.

And everything is vulnerable, even A/V's. Browsing habits are the first line of defense. No browser is perfect.

I have never tried any IE except to download Firefox then remove access to IE
If it is as good as you say I might give it a try, though I really like Firefox add ons

Not true I am afraid to say. IE got a bit of a bad reputation around IE 5/6, but that is gone now. IE 7, 8, and definitely 9 are the most secure browsers anywhere.

What I am about to say applies to 7, 8, and 9. If a vulnerability were to be found in IE, teams would work through the night to get it fixed absolutely ASAP. Mozilla would often wait a week, two weeks occasionally more, for that bug to be fixed, while users the world over were getting exploited. IE users? Safe and happy!

IE 9 brings security levels never yet seen before. The security in IE9 is absolutely fantastic, and puts the level of security in whatever browser you are using to shame. Your security is nothing compared to what it would be with IE9.

So no. Just no.

I've uninstalled the RC so I can install the final version, so I decided to have a blast with IE8 & IE7 and man are they slow in comparison
