IE opens 50-90 windows

I have problem which I've actually had for months. When I'm in Internet for example in Facebook suddenly about 50 windows of Internet Explorer are trying to open (one day 98 windows opened) and I can't do nothing but wait till they all are opened I have no idea what to do. I did custom install (my computer 2 weeks ago) few days ago and it started doing this again today, I hoped that this problem is also now solved but it isn't... I'm started to worry again

Try a new browser. FireFox, Chrome they are all nice.

Run an antivirus scan
Download and run malwarebytes.

I have Kaspersky and it shows that I don't have any viruses

Try this tools, internet option, advanced, reset.

Does not work?

Try another browser as suggested.

Not everything pics up everything. I'd still do a run of malwarebytes as its not the same as Kaspersky.
