IE Help can not connect to 2 sites

OK, I am at a lose here. I have an internet connection, it is working and my Vista Home Premium 32 bit has been updated. I can go to every site that I can think of EXCEPT the following two sites:

www.fox.com
www.hulu.com

At first I thought the sites may be down but then I was on IM with a friend and he was able to access both sites.

Every now and then I can get the homepage of Hulu but when I try to watch anything on it all it does is stay on the video loading portion. Fox is never accessable. This started about a week ago (I even rolled back to a different restore point/No Luck)

Does anyone have any ideas?

If you are able to access both sites, but not play their videos, try downloading Mozilla Firefox and visiting them from it.

Hulu could be an issue with Flash -- uninstall EVERYTHING related to flash from your system using the control panel. Visit Adobe - Adobe Flash Player to install the most recent version, and try the site again after restarting.

FOX and other networks use proprietary ActiveX players that can have issues with IE. Trying to view them in Firefox will tell us if that is the issue.
