Hi. I have this problem with my zune software, something about drm security and media licensing and it always crashes with an error message(but that's not the problem). The error message tells me to go to the microsoft website (the url is: Error message when you try to sign in to the Zune Marketplace or when you try to play content from the Zune Marketplace) to fix the problem. When I go to the website, there are a bunch of steps to reset the drm in the registry. Long story short, As I reach step "D" in the DRM reset process, there is a link that I am supposed to click on to complete the drm reset process which is http://go.microsoft.com/FWLink?LinkID=34506 But everytime I click on it Internet Explorer just crashes or should I say closes with no error message or anything. I've even tried to manually go to microsoft.com myself and search out the link and everytime i find it it does the same thing (crahses). Does anyone have a solution to this?
