IE 9 Issues

I installed IE9 on my Vista Home Premium 64 bit laptop. I am having problems getting used to the new format. I use Yahoo and I cannot get the toolbar to load with the same tools? Some of my tools like Comcast Security(my Internet provider) and others will no longer work with IE9. Is there someplace or someone who can tell me
how to get this browser to look like it use to? Even the page color controls do not seem to work. I am having problems getting my favorite sites to work as well. I need this flash update or that! Not sure but even my Sidebar Calendar gadget will not
display the date or calendar data. Just an orange square?

ANy suggestions?

It this article does not help, may I suggest that you uninstall and then try to install again. It could be a bad install.
If it still does not work the way you like. You may want to revert to IE8 or even use another broswer like Chrome or Firefox. IE9 may not be right for you. One size does NOT fit all.

thanks for the response but, most users in the home arena probably are not expecting all the problems using IE9 will give them. Vista users will find some gadget issues and other problems within the systems, not to mention all the sites
out there who have not caught up with IE9 changes or are aware that their links will not work correctly when people access their sites with IE9.

Unless it works with Win 7 perfectly, anyone else using an older windows version will be disappointed.
