I need help

Hi, when I log to my account a blue screen appears and I press CTRL+ALT+DEL then i open the task manager, then i start new task "explorer".. then windows works.
Please help in solving the problem.. i tried Windows Restore point but it didn't repair!:(

What blue screen? Is it a BSOD (with white text on it) or just blue. You said that you can press ctrl alt del....

A reinstall may be required here...
