I need help

My computer was totally restored due to a virus:o. I don't know what to put in for my servers. I use Yahoo for my homepage and my internet address is yahoo.com? Please help:cry::confused:
Incoming server type ?
Incoming mail POP3 or IMAP?
Outgoing email server SMTP name?
Outgoin server requires authentication?
Where do I find this information?
I am totally lost. I need to be able to send and receive mail.

Traviesa welcome to the forums.

If you are using Yahoo's webmail all you need is your user name and password. If you are using an email client (Outlook Express, Thunderbird, etc) then you will need to contact your ISP or try and find it on their site for all those settings.

the best thing is using the yahoo webmail. just clik on this link http://www.yahoomail.com and put down your email address and the password. You only need those settings if your Internet provider has tied up with Yahoo Mail services or if you have subscribed for a yahoo Plus account.
