I need Help!

Hello

I have recently been experiencing big problems with my new medion notebook. i'm not sure why, but only 3 weeks after i bought it many programs crash and give me the following error message: Windows media player has stopped working. etc.

My wireless internet button wasn't working till i re-boted, system restore won't start when i click it.:mad:

Some videos wont open or will crash.:(

Please could any Microsoft workers please give me some help, i would greatly appreciate,:) my email is Removed

If under manufacturers warranty, take it back to be fixed

Acdc fan says it all. Take it back for a replacement. The equipment is not fit for the perpose it was sold.

It came with a 60 day satisfaction warranty, and 2 year warranty.

Maybe it's something to consider, however it kind of makes me upset, first time I got a laptop, since i've been using towers all this time. :(

Don't be discouraged by it, just take it back and ask them to fix it. 2 years warranty and 60 days satisfaction guarantee.... You're well and truly covered
