I`m having problems with my HDD Driver

I opened Disk Management Console and Disk 0 just didn`t show up!!! I checked Device Manager and my HDD Drive is missing, what can I do??? Can anyone help????

Go in Device Manager and uninstall the drive and restart the machine.

When the machine restarts Vista will find and reinstall it.

If its not listed in device manager, you have more of a problem than Vista.

Check your BIOS settings for the recognition of the Drive. Also Are you using the Drive? Is Vista on that Drive? If Not Check for Loose Connections

I know but if you actually read the link you will see what ShadowJK said to do, and I see you have done it anyway after Shadowjk told you to. From the link.

If you Read the Post you will find that the steps to repair the Problem with the DVD Drive are the the Same steps to Repairing any Drive

Maybe i should format my PC, because the problem is not in the BIOS!!!!

Did you uninstall the driver? Also do not format yet because it is a driver the problem may still exsist after the Format
