I have a Problem with my Windows Vista Business Service Pack 2.
I lost my menu "Notepad" in submenu, when I right-click on the Desktop.
And to select "New".
Normaly I have Notepad in submenu, but my Notebook was upgrate to Service Pack 2. After it finish, I never find Notpad.
I have a picture to show. It hasn't Notpad in submenu on "New".
Notepad is not a default item in the New context menu, but you may have meant Text Document instead. This tutorial below will show you how to restore the default New items.
Thank you very much!
First time I post in thailand-windows's Forums but no one don't know about it
Also I have to make it in myself first to edit in regedit.
(I have to click in this link first on the top page "http://www.vistax64.com/tutorials/112102-new-menu-context-file.html")
But it's not work.
(Maybe I read it not so understand, because I know English a little bit. )
Finally I saw another links and found the file "Restore_Text_Document"
So it's working!:D
