i cant open windows

first off sorry for all typos im using my ps3. when i try to boot my hp i get a bluescreen that reads "a problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer." then it offers these steps as a solution; "disable or uninstall any antivirus, disc defragmentation or backup utilities. check your hard drive configuration, and check for any updated drivers. run chkdsk /f to check for hardrive corruption, and then restart your computer." i would love to follow these steps but i don't know how could someone please walk me through.
