Honestly, I do to know - I just searched Google to find out where that file comes from and it showed that it as related to HP Digital Imaging software - so, if you have a Color printer that can print photos, or and HP color scanner, or an HP camera, then that is what you need to re-install the drivers for.
I would also recommend going online and getting the *latest* drivers for whichever device you have - and if you have more than one HP device, get the latest drivers for them all.
