Hi I am new to these boards but I do need some help. My printer psc 1215 (4 yrs old)works most of the time but if I print off a newsletter it only prints the layout ie colored boxes no wording.
I do family history and if I print a family group sheet off FTM it prints all the wording but no lines or boxes off a tree.
It still works perfectly on my old comp. windows XP.
I now have windows Vista Home Basic X86 laptop.
Dell Vostro 1000.
I had tried to find and download a new driver but a box appeared which said the driver was not out of date.
I dont always understand the questions asked.
I love these smilies I think they coud all aply to me.
