HP Dv6748ca bios help

Hi, i need to find instructions for doing a blind setup of Phoenix Setup Utility Version F.58 rev A

i have no monitor on my laptop, and i want to set it to recognize my external monitor (in videoadapter settings) i have so far only found out this is possible with this bios, but have no specificinstructions for this version

please respond quickly, if possible..

ummm...
i just need pictures so i can blindly navigate and set my default video adapater to use external monitor so i can reinstall windows..
