How to use .printerexport extension file?

I imported .printerexport extension file to print management but I don't see any change in print management.
So my question is, how to use this file?

Hi Lottie,
Kind of, I already exported the .printerexport extension file to the desktop and then imported .printerexport extension file to another computer but I can't see any configuration change in print management that what make me wonder of how to use the .printerexport extension file.
