Well, for some stupid reason, sometimes, office doesn't have the permission to create the folder on Start Menu. All you have to do is to create by yourself.
First Type C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs or Paste it on the Link up, on Navigation.
After that, just create a folder called Microsoft Office.
And then, your problem is gone.
