How to open IIS Manager?

Does anyone know how can one configure Internet Information Services on Windows Vista?

I have IIS installed on Vista, but I can't find a way to open IIS Manager in order to configure it to work with ASP.NET.

I have tried getting to it on control panel, but IIS is just not there.

You can either open it in the administrative tools in the control panel or you can change your start menu properties to show the administrative tools in the customization area.

I had tried Control Panel - Admin Tools, but IIS Manager is not being displayed among the options :/
