How to have Full Permission ?

Hello.
I am SO bored, because everything in Vista must Allow or Deny.
And even though i ALLOW, ME, the ADMINISTRATOR, THE OWNER from the Computer has the acess Denied. Thats dumb, i think.

So, i was wondering, how can i Take Ownership from my WHOLE computer and have the Full Permission from just everything. In a way to grant Acess to whole Notebook.

How do i do it?
I know its possible cause in a Modified Windows Version it was like that.

the reason you have this feature is because most users arent computer friendly and would happily and blissfully install viruses without even breaking a sweat, then come here and moan about it to try and get rid of them, if you have full permission, it will be like the security of windows 98. So for your safety, please leave windows as it is, and live with it.

If you do take ownership of everything, your system will become unbootable.. Im not kidding

Why are you getting Access Denied messages so often that you want to change the security parameters? unless your a programmer then you shouldn't be doing things that cause them that often and thats usually a sign its something you shouldn't do

I too have the same problem. I would like to down load Firefox, HP updates and email spell check. I get the message security settings denied.

Well, i want to install themes in my Computer from a trusted site, but i always have the acess denied. and sometimes, when i copy ctrl X from desktop to C:/ it also gives me acess denied. Its ridiculous. And i prefer to install themes Manually, since .exe can contain even more virus.

Well, the Problem its not only on WINDOWS folder, its in many of them. Like, do you know the System Volume Information Folder? Which is hidden, and they even hide the size of it, which weighs 25 gb? I would want to know whats inside of it, but i don't have Acess to it. Neither to many other dumb folders.
And thats what i wanted to know.

Edit: Ops, im DUMB. System Volume Information is for System Restore.

Well, i already knew that, but whatever.
I won't touch any files , but i wanted to know how to disable Hibernation, so that it doesn't create the Hibernation File.

And also, what is Documents and Settings?
I mean, its a Copy from Administrator Folder?

And as for all the User Account Control prompts, which is a big part of most users' aggravation: You should NOT turn off UAC. That is one of the primary features that protects your OS from viruses, trojans, and other malware. In the year and 10 months that I've had Vista, I have never been troubled by these dangerous pests, but back when I had XP, I was always getting infected no matter how careful my surfing and downloading habits were. Using TweakUAC is extremely easy: just download and run it, then select the desired option on its window and press OK:
Turn UAC off
This option turns UAC off completely. If this is what you want, select this option, press OK, restart the computer, and you won’t see the elevation prompts anymore. Windows Vista will operate pretty much like Windows XP does when you login to its administrator’s account.
Switch UAC to the quiet mode
This option does not turn off UAC; instead, it only makes UAC to operate in the quiet mode. In the quiet mode, UAC does not display the elevation prompts for the administrators.
