Few days back vista crashed (Dell Inspiron 1525, Vista 32bit Home Premium). It then damaged some DLL files and device drivers. Most of them are now fixed after series of System Restore, SFC /SCANNOW, chkdsk utilities and reinstalling Service packs and other software to fix most of issues. Still some software (mainly windows explorer and office) giving trouble. Here is the CBS log file excerpts:
Event Viewer telling me this:
). I need to repair MFC80.dll and cimwin32.dll. I tried to fix cimwin32.dll using sfc /verifyfile and /scanfile /offwindir but didn't work
and here is the sfc /verfityfile output:

Any help will be highly appreciated.
Thanks!
PS: I have also tried to copy from the Vista DVD. But DVD version is not SP1 and vista was giving access denied message anyway.
