How to dump 'mysearchresults.com'

In the past couple of weeks I have been hi jacked by an unwanted program (mysearchresults.com). McAfee warns not to go there as it has risky behaviors.
It has taken over from Google and is a pain in the proverbial, I have gone into IE9 settings and reset to Google as default search and removed the other unwanted one I have also visited the mysearch web site and followed their suggestion for removal but it just comes back again what ever I try so I am asking can this be removed also where did it come from. I am ready to do a full DELL restore but thought I would seek suggestions first.

Sorry Richard I have done that 3 times right up to the max time back and made no difference, I did trace it back to the source and tried to delete but no show.
