How to download email stationary

Hello, looking for someone that can supply me with information on how to download email, christmas email etc. It appears to load but it goes into my downloads instead of my email stationary and when I click on that icon nothing appears except it wants to download again. A site named "Thundercloud" has instructions they say will allow you to send etc.

If I read the instructions correctly it should work for Vista and my winmail. Appreciate any help

I download incredimail. Thought I would let you that that a site named "Cloudeight" has some stationary that can be downloaded to winmail if you would be interested.
