How do I customize my taskbar?

Sure there are loads of tutorials telling me how to display and not display icons.
How to make icons larger and even how to change color on my taskbar and startbar.
But I want to change icons for some other icons, I was unable to find any tutorial for that. To clarify what im looking after, I have posted the icon I want to replace the defualt icon with below. You all know what icon I want to replace, if there is a tutorial for this and I missed it, please direct me in the right direction.

Have you looked at the WinCustomize site yet? They may have somethnig for you to use to achieve what you want, which I'm guessing is you want to change the standard Blue Windows Orb of the taskbar?
