How do I change D/L settings?

How do I change my download options for mp3's?
Instead of downloading them I would like to hear them first. Some how the box got unchecked. How do i re-check it?

OK, sure.

I'm using Vista with IE 8. I'm trying to d/l backing tracks to play along with on my guitar. For instance like this one. When I click it, it automatically wants to download it. I would like to be able to hear it first before downloading it. I used to be able to do this, but I think my friend unchecked the box that asks if you want to download it automatically. How do I re-check the box that pops up so I can hear it before I decide if I want to download it or not?
