Hibernation problem

Greetings.

my laptop keeps on awaking from hibernation is their any solution to this problem..

The items listed in the tutorial below may be able to help you find what is waking up your computer. A usual cause is the "Allow to wake computer" option (STEP SIX) checked for the Network adapter's power management properties in Device Manager.

i try a few of the instruction and watch it over night and it just the same?

hmmmm, I know in windows you can put your computer on a timer so it will turn itself on, but I have never used it in vista so I will take a look at it.
