I have just downloaded a programme from tudou.com that told me that i can watch videos at a faster rate then its original player. I followed the instructions. and it turns out to be some 'alien' programme.

Tried uninstalling it in vista. Will never finish. Appears in another font and language that i dont know.
CAN ANYONE HELP?
this might be a problem that has slowed down my internet speed.
