Help with windows mail

I am new to Windows Vista mail.
when I signed on to setup the mail program I put in the wrong POP and SMPT information.
can somebody please tell me how to correct my error?
I have been all over this computer and cannot find the way to solve this problem

Hi Dingaling, on the windows mail click on-/ tools / accounts / highlight your account then click on / remove / then click add / now proceed and create your account again,
