help with bsod bugcode usb driver

hi got a bsod a couple of times (a lot this week) with bugcode usb driver no idea whats causing it ive done a bsod report thing as advised on here
im running vista and most of the time my usb in are printer and usb speakers

Hello, you called it correctly, usb issue. Go to device manager , you can see it in Control Panel, open it up and update the Hub Usb driver. Your mini dump showed it has failed.

where do i find the hub usb under usbs i have four usb root hubs one composite 3 ich8 usb and 1 ich8 usb2 ?

My bad, you should see the yellow or red icon on the one bad, although it may be intermittent issue. When you expand the usb tree, by clicking the + sign, you will see the individual ones. If none are showing as yellow icon caution sign on it, just update all of them.

tried updating says they are all up to date and best driver installed

K, next in line would be the devices themselves you are plugging in. Printer and speakers are the only devices you are using, and i did see one of the mini dumps that may be indicating an issue with the Printer . Go to your printer manufacture and get the latest drivers for them and install them.
Also, ensure you have latest Microsoft Updates . Post back results please.
