Help upgrading graphics card

Banned
First of all i have a graphics card in mind.

Here it is:
Newegg.com - HIS H483QS512P Radeon HD 4830 512MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card - Desktop Graphics / Video Cards

Here is my machine that i plan to put the graphics card into:
HP Pavilion a6110n PC (GG781AA) specifications - HP Home & Home Office Products

also, my monitor uses a VGA cable, how will i be able to convert it and plug it into the dvi ports?
--
Now i want to know if those 2 are compatible and if i upgrade to that graphics card willi notice a difference?

A guide to upgrading gpu's will also be helpful
----
Thanks!

its simple just pop it in the open pci-e slot, just make sure your psu is up to it and that it will fit in your case

if you disable before you install you won't be able to see anything  so how you would do it is you would install the card, boot windows, make sure it comes up onto the card then restart and go into the bio's and double check to make sure its disabled (usually the motherboard does it automatically but not always) after you make sure its disabled, get back into windows, install the ati drivers, and remove the nvidia one's and your done, and you can prolly leave the nvidia ones if you want i just usually remove them
