Since you are having 85 gb of total space in your c drive, Your documents other than os files occupying the space.
I would suggest you to move all your documents from c drive to d drive as d drive has 95 gb free space.

Here is the option to increase the size of the c drive, If you are not comfortable with moving documents.

As far as my concern first option is better. ;)

It's possible to relocate your folders, or you could create new ones on the empty drive.

That's what I do.

Rt click the D drive, select New >Folder, name it something useful, e.g. holiday pics.

Then copy and paste the holiday pics from your C drive into that new folder on D. When you are sure they copied successfully, delete the ones on C.

You can always make a shortcut to that folder or even the entire D drive, and place it on the C desktop or Taskbar.

Or, you can make a Toolbar of your D drive to get access to all the folders on it quickly.

Rt click the Taskbar select Toolbars >New Toolbar, browse to the D drive , click select - that's it.
