ok my sound is freaking me out and i got other problems that just started happening. MY sound is all the way off but i can still hear it through my speakers. and Now Norton is randomly doesn't work and it wont let me do any windows updates. So i dont know whats going on but I need help.

If your Norton is failing & you can't get any Windows Updates you may have
malware.[or a virus.]
It would be a good idea to run SuperAntiSpyware & Malwarebytes to see if they find anything. Both programs have a free version. Reboot after scanning finishes.
Post back results.
