Hi everyone,
My Vista's exp Index is incorrect. I mean, it's instable, non-persistent!
My memory index was 5.9 previously. For some reason, i reinstalled my Vista including all necessary drivers (EXACTLY the same as before). It's weird because Vista now tells me my memoy index is 5.3! WTH? I didn't tune any hardware parameter before and after the reinstall.
Here's a screenshot showing my current index page:

Can anyone give me an explanation?
Seriously need help.
I don't wanna see my machine has such a severe performance degradation.
