Help i beg every one to help, blue screen of death

Hy all , im new to this forum and i would need your help , btw sorry for my english.
So i purchased a NEW laptop , a GATEWAY FX7809U , it came with a sweet Windows Vista Sp1 , everything went fine for like an hour , but after an hr i got the BSOD , i was disparate what to do , i didnt know what to do and i installed windows 7 ,and that to Bsod , and the main problem , in windows 7 there was a lot of random BSOD , i mean bsod-s like :IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL after that PFN_LIST_CORRUPT ,SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION ,etc , im not joking i had thease errors , so i started chdsk utility , found no errors , after that i ran some memmory test in windows 7 , found still no errors , i played games like GTA 4 with full details and no errors , i did all the tests and i was dissapointed i didnt find anything , and after that i sayd : This isn`t a hardware failiura , its software DUHH , after that i reinstalled windows Vista with no SP this time , and installed a drivers for the laptop and programs , it went all ok untill i restarted the laptop , again BSOD , i wanted to shoot my self this time :| i swear , i was with no ideas anymore , untill i sayd i will use MEMTEST86 cose everyone uses it and it gives satisfying results , the test started , it went to " Pass 28" after that 2555 errors found , it went to "Pass 39" it found totall 3831 errors , and believe me i was extreamly happy , not because the errors , because i found the major problem of the laptop , the problem was random bsods , every 5 minits i got a bsod , but enough of the talk , i need some special advice what to do , my laptop has 2 years warranty , and i found that the rams have errors , what should i do? Should i take it back from where i bought it ???

Now please some 1 write here and tell me what to do , should i take the laptop back because its in warranty and they will fix it or what ???

Hy again and thanks for the reply , the awnser is yes , its the same thing , and im dissapointed cose 1st i ran memtest and it had 3831 errors , i ran it second time it gave me only 2 erorrs , i ran it for 3 th time and no errors i had it for like 5-6 hours , please help me,there is the minidump file , i tried to install vista Sp 1 and now it gives me bsod like : Memory_management , i dont know what to do anymore :`(

Hello Roli,
The Minidump file suggests that it is a driver that is causing your BSOD.

STOP 0x00000019: BAD_POOL_HEADER
Usual causes: Device driver

The problem is, all your drivers are so out of date, it could be any one of them.

Start by going to the makers site and updating your sound, video, chipset, and any other driver they have there for your PC.

If you are still getting BSOD after updating all your drivers, then it will probably be a third party driver causing the issue.
Follow this tutorial to find the faulty driver. Please read the full article first, before attempting to find the faulty driver.

Thanks for the replay man , unfortunately i sent my laptop back today to warranty , cose i was sick to watch it every time the BSOD
1st of all the laptop came with Windows Vista SP1 preinstalled from factory ( and yes it had BSOD with the original drivers , programs stuff like that all from the factory ) , after that i sayd i will install Windows 7 cose maybe it will work normally , and no , there where a lot of bsod-s there too , so i decided to install Vista with no sp , it worked fine untill i want to restart my computer and it goes again in bsod , i eaven installed sp 1 after that and still it does it , i verrified the memmory with Memtest86 , fist i got a lot of erorrs +3000 i dont remember , the second time i ran the test it only gave me 2 errors , the 3 time i let it like 6 hr-s and no errors , ok i dont know what to believe now , i eaven checked my hdd drive with chkdsk utility ,and still nothing , my gpu card works fine in games like Gta4 it works so gr8 im happy with it , but every time it goes in to Bsod randomly, so i sent it back to warranty . What do you all believe , what was the problem ??? , Driver problem , i dont think so , i went to the Gateway Official Site: Notebooks, Laptops, Desktops, All-in-Ones, Displays, Monitors, Accessories website , i downloaded all the drivers for my machine , and still bsod -s , so all who know something please reply i beg u all !!!!!!!!!

Another thing , i dont think its a driver problem , as i sayed , it showed more blue screen errors , not only one error , it showed more errors randomly and different errors ! , can some 1 reply ?

The dump file that you uploaded definitely pointed towards a driver issue.
If you have more dump files then upload them, but as its gone to the repair shop, its a mute point.

ok bro as the laptop will get back , i will install again windows 7 on it because vista is kinda slower , i mean in performance windows 7 is much better , i will tell u then if i get a bsod !!!

Today they are testing it at the service , tomorrow they told me that they will tell me what is the problem , they got BSOD too , i hope its the memmory and nothing else , cose when i tested the memmory with MEMTEST86+ it gave me 1st time 3831 , second time it only gived me 2 errors wich it was really wierd , third time when i left it for like 6 hr-s and gaved me NO ERRORS At all , the 1st time and 2nd time only ran it for 55 minits each one ! and now when i leave it for 6 hrs it doesnt find errors cmmon whats wrong , i hope the ram is busted and they will change it for me , till tomorrow i will keep you all upp with info , again thanks all

Hy to all again , i recieved my new gateway laptop today , they changed the old one , the couldn`t repair it , it was hardware failiure , and not drivers or software , i knew it ! , when the laptop camed i installed windows 7 on it and it works like a charm , no Bsod , thank you all for the suport , a good day to all of you .
