Help for Error Code

Vista service pack two will not update i keep getting Error Code 80070081. Any help would be welcomed. Also i cannot update some of the windows updates

Disable UAC,Disabled Antivirus,Delete files in "%temp%", "temp", "prefetch" folder.Try to delete the pending.xml files if it's there, Reset IE.,Reset windows Update components.Perform clean boot,Download the Latest Version of Windows Update agent and install,Dowloaded Update SP manually.

It should work after these steps.
