hi for some reason I can't download and view attachments I get through email like work schedule through excel or adobe. I can veiw them any other computer but whenever the file download window comes up it's blank there is no information, kb or mb being transferred. I've used yahoo, and hotmail and I get the same thing. no error message, no pop up blocker...nothing. please help me. thanks
