Help - Admin Account is Invisible

My brother created a folder in the windows registry key under
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
>SOFTWARE
>Microsoft
>Windows NT
>CurrentVersion
>Winlogon
>SpecialAccounts
>UserList

He made the administrator account invisible by modifying the number next to the new file to 0, and now I can't change the value back to 1 in order to make it visible again. Also, because the admin account is invisible, it seems to not recognize that there is an admin account in existence in order to change the current account that I am on into an admin account.

What can I do to fix this?

Two ways
1.See this thread (from post 17) http://www.vistax64.com/general-discussion/191151-cant-delete-registry-key-2.html how edit registry remotly

Boot DVD Vista, run regedit and load to registry file SOFTWARE from C:\Windows\System32\config as (for example) REM_SOFTWARE next find key

HKLM\REM_SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\SpecialAccounts and remove this key, next unload REM_SOFTWARE hive (SOFTWARE file)

2.Trivial:Boot DVD Vista

Choose language>>repair computer>>system restore
