HDMI to TV Strange noise

So i linked up my graphics card using a DVI to HDMI converter and the HDMI cable to the Sony 46" TV. Everything was fine for a few hours and then some strange noises appear at random times.

They're like sort of odd "beeps", but it's definitely not a hardware beep because it's a different pitch everytime. Sometimes it's so quiet you can barely hear it and sometimes it's really loud. And it happens randomly. from beep to beep can vary between a minute or a few hours.

Also, not quite sure where it's emanating from - the TV, Speakers or the case itself.

500GB SATA DRIVE
nVidia GTX 260 Core 216 graphic card
8GB of RAM
Gigabyte Motherboard
Core 2 Duo E7400 Processor.

turn off one of the speaker outputs. Since the timing isn't consistant, you may have to wait for several hours, or maybe a day, to find out which one is causing it.
