Using Vista Home premium SP2 64 bit.

Decided to listen to some youtube videos on IE at the new 1080P rate.
System kept freezing (my pc NEVER has performance issues).

So i turned on Resource Monitor, and i was SHOCKED to see hundreds of rows
of data under DISC tab. Lots of files WRITTEN and lots of files READ. Files that were not relevant to the Internet Explorer window playing a video.

So is this normal or was Youtube VEVO reading all my files?

What should i do?

ps. I copied/pasted the data from the DISC into a word document.
