GTA IV software issue on Vista 64

My computer is new
I have a nVidia GTX 295
Q9300 2.5 quad core
8 Gig Memory

The problem is that I can't run the game at the full settings and can run every other game (COD WW and Crysis) at full settings. Anyone have a solution to this problem? Thanks

Finally figured out what was wrong!! I can run GTA IV and all other games at full power (GTA IV everything maxed and 45 fps) with my nVidia ASUS GTX295!!! It's amazing! :) Can't wait to try HAWX!!!

I just uninstalled ASUS SmartDoctor and GamerOSD.
