Grapics Driver Problem (The handle is invalid)

I have fair experience with computers & I've tried everything I can think of including installing, uninstalling & reinstalling multiuple versions of graphics drivers with no Luck but I still can't get the drivers to work for my ATI Radeon X1650 500MB Graphics card
I'm running Windows Vista Home Premium 32 bit on a Gigabyte P4 Titan series GAA-8S661FXM-775 Motherboard with Intel Celeron 2.66GHz single core processor & 2GB DDR400 RAM. I've got errors with my Onboard network & audio device drivers too but I'm trying to fix this one first. Can anyone please help me? I've spent HOURS trying to fix this problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance

Try this.


1) download the latest drivers for all three devices.

2) uninstall all three devices.

3) install all three devices.

I've tried installing/uninstalling & also disabling/enabling it again. I've tried the vista driver that came with the cd, another driver version & the two latest drivers trying everything in different orders but all with the same result. the driver fails to install because "The handle Is Invalid"
