graphical problems

hi

i can't launch a program , the GUI is not recognised. this program is unvailable just for Vista Home Premium and Windost 7, know somebody what can be the solution ?

What software are trying to launch, supplier, version & which operating system version are you reffering to Vista home basic, premium, ultimate etc updated to service pack 1, 2?

ok, i'll explain you.
I try to work with Liaison ticketing program, this is a simple program , but i have a graphical problem. So, when i open some tickets, the cursor is missing, or is situate on the other side of Liaison screen . This problem appear just for Windows Vista Home Premium and Windows 7. Yesterday , i installed a newest version of this program, but the same problem, can you help me? why this problem is available just for Vista Home Premium and Windows 7? is this a problem with my workstation or it is a problem with Liaison ?

How old is this program? it sounds as though it is running in a DOS screen?

As I am still unsure as to what make, version or even if this is Vista compatable etc. could you please provide a link to the website you obtained it from for me to investigate the operation & help files etc.

The more information I have on your system (make, model, SP updated etc.) & the software the more help & guidance I can provide.
