getting message error (5)

im getting this message im trying to unistall revo unistaller pro
but the first time i tried spyware said it was trying to run on start up so it said quarantine so i did,

now i went back to unistall the program again and came up with this error 5 , i dont under stand why it wants to make a temp when im trying to uninstall any ideas >?? how i can unistall this program ??
