Solved Garbage not showing up in trash bin

Hi, i am having an issue with my trash bin on vista 32 bit. It is not showing the trash in it when theirs trash in it. It shows it like theirs nothing in it but their is.
Is their a way to fix this problem so that it works like it should?
please help me out.

It sounds like it may the refreshing issue. This tutorial below should be able to restore the icon back to working order.

I have tried refreshing and still nothing it show its empty but their is trash inside it still.

i did some of it but it didnt sseem to help

Nate,

Try doing all of the tutorial. If one method does not help, then try the other one. It will not work if all if it is not done though.

Is their a thing in here where it tells how to fix the recycle bin not showing trash in it when their really is?
