gameinstaller.exe has stopped working

I wondered if anyone can help me. I know this may be a RealArcade problem, but I have already tried asking their support. My problem is that I cannot uninstall RealArcade, as suggested by their support due to problems I'm having downloading their games, because I keep getting the message "gameinstaller.exe has stopped working". RealArcade support told me to uninstall and reinstall RealArcade to see if that cured the problem, but I can't even uninstall it because I keep getting the same message about gameinstaller.exe not working. Please help.

Well thanks guys for your overwhelming responses. And there was me thinking the Vista Forums would be a great help. Well I'm just gonna cancel my registration.
