Game Issue - Help me

Sometimes my game freezes when playing. I have the right specs, more than right for it.

Sometimes I get the message;

nvlddmkm stopped responding etc

Anyone help me out?

it would sound like you don't have the right drivers for the game but thats just my geuss.
