Please help!
My Qosmio by Toshiba likes to freeze,complete freeze,like I have to pull the A/C from it and drop the battery pack to get it going again.
It can do it at any time,like just before I log in, to surfing or just playing a DVD.
The Toshiba techs say it's a software problem and just palm me off,they did supply me with the tools to reformat the hard drive ever time it happens costing me a lot of time with having to update everything again,especially if it happens six times a day
I can't force it to do it,when it does the cooling fan speeds up to warp factor 10 and sounds like it's going to fly away.
I'm running Vista Home premium 32bit with Norton 360
