Free Vista SP1 Support

In case you haven't heard, Microsoft offers free Email, Chat and Phone Support for Vista SP1 until March 18, 2009.

Retry it as I just used the email support request successfully. If you are not signing in with a Windows passport ID thatmay be the problem.
